  If one person's misfortune is another persons good fortune, it's certainly been true In our experience with Reece and CliffordBuilt.
It was our amazing good fortune that Reece was available to take on our renovation at short notice due to his clients misfortune. Reece gives 110% to The task and works with an expediency that is admirable. He is Ernest, honest and hard-working. It's obvious that he spends a lot of time out of hours studying the plans and working out the best and most efficient way to proceed, always with the clients best interests in mind. Not only is he efficient, but he demands the same from his staff who work well under his supervision. Our meetings were always focused and there were no endless anecdotes which some trades people love. He communicates very well and was respectful to my wife, our special needs child and me which speaks loudly about his character.
It was even a bit sad for us when he had finished his work here and moved on which I think is extremely rare nowadays in this industry.
Ours was a complicated renovation marrying a 250 m² extension to an existing 100 year old house that had been moved to the site. This task was often complicated by general logistical issues, (such as getting heavy equipment and payloads up a 400 meter driveway on a very steep angle) as well as issues surrounding the integration of the old house and the new. Reece's opinions here were always considered and never hasty and each one of them had a successful outcome.

  So glad to have engaged Reece from Clifford Built when I bought my 2 bedroom unit. It needed a complete demolish and renovation. He and his team did a fantastic job. Nothing was a problem even though it was done at the beginning of Covid. Reece is so approachable, honest hard working and professional. Would highly recommend him and his company.
